Target Purchases:

We are primarily interested in value-add multi-family properties with a capacity of 4 to 12 units. Our ideal properties offer plenty of parking garages or outdoor space, providing convenience and amenities for our tenants.

Investment Quality:

We seek properties classified as C to B class, valued between $1,500,000 to $5,000,000. Our aim is to identify properties with untapped potential, where we can add significant value through our expertise and targeted improvements.
